A Small Typed HTTP Client Layer for Flutter Apps

Most Flutter apps start with direct Dio calls inside repositories or view models. That is a perfectly reasonable beginning.
The problem is not the first request. The problem is the fiftieth request, after every feature has slightly different error handling, parsing, query parameters, cache behavior, headers, and retry decisions.
